- Customs and VAT
There are no extra costs for customs and VAT when you order to Norway, these costs are already included in the final price at checkout.

- Are you looking for a specific item in our webshop, but you can’t find it?
Then the product is unfortunately out of stock. Feel free to follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we post immediately when new deliveries arrive.
- Do you have questions about your invoice/pard payment?
For questions regarding your invoice or part payment account (not product questions), please contact Klarna. You can reach them by phone 21 01 89 91 or email@example.com
You can always find your invoices at My Klarna, there can you also extend your due date.
- Do you have questions about your delivery?
You can track your order at PostNords website with your tracking number that you got in your delivery email. The email can end up in your spam, so check there too.
- Have you not received your SMS notification?
You can just as well to pick up your order with your tracking number, don’t forget your identification, the bid shows both identifications.
- How do I do with the payment of my invoice upon return?
We will register your return within 7 business days of receiving it.
Klarna will then send you an updated version of your invoice to your email. You can always see your invoice att My Klarna.
Please note that you can move your invoice due date at Klarna by logging in here.
You can also notify them that you have made a return and the invoice will be paused until we have registered your return
- How do I make an exchange?
In the event of an exchange you place an entirely new order in the webshop. You fill in your first order number and name on the return form.
Further down you fill in your new order number that you received with the new order.
You can find all info on your return form and in our terms of purchase.
- How long is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2 - 10 working days, but we always deliver as fast as possible!
- Can I change/cancel an order?
Unfortunately, this is not something you can do yourself. But if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not been processed, we can help you further.
- I have not received any order confirmation?
When we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent automatically to your email address. Always make sure your email address is correct, this is the most common reason for a missing order confirmation. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service, email@example.com
- I have not received any invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to the email address specified when the order is placed the same day the order is sent from us. Always make sure your email address is correct, this is the most common reason for missing an invoice. You can always find your invoices at My Klarna.
